If you inadvertently ordered a pattern twice, let us know and we'll be happy to give you store credit or a refund. We do understand that from time to time you may order a pattern and it just doesn't quite meet your expectations. In those cases, we are pleased to offer store credit, all we ask is that you delete the pattern you don't want. Although we very rarely use it, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.
We test stitch every one of our patterns extensively to ensure that you have a worry-free and happy quilting experience. If you have any issues with stitch out, please contact us at: christy@mycreativestitches.net so we can help fix any file issues and help you get back to quilting.
In purchasing a pattern from us, you are purchasing the right to use our pattern in your quilting studio. Should you experience catastrophic data loss, we will work to help get you any patterns that you've lost. As the pattern designer, we've copyrighted our patterns and retain all rights.

Embroidery File Types: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX
