We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, your satisfaction is our top goal. If you inadvertently ordered a pattern twice, let us know and we'll be happy to give you store credit or a refund. We do understand that from time to time you may order a pattern and it just doesn't quite meet your expectations. In those cases, we are pleased to offer store credit, all we ask is that you delete the pattern you don't want. Although we very rarely use it, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.
We test stitch every one of our patterns extensively to ensure that you have a worry-free and happy quilting experience. If you have any issues with stitch out, please contact us at: email@example.com so we can help fix any file issues and help you get back to quilting.
In purchasing a pattern from us, you are purchasing the right to use our pattern in your quilting studio. Should you experience catastrophic data loss, we will work to help get you any patterns that you've lost. As the pattern designer, we've copyrighted our patterns and retain all rights.
We can provide the following quilting and embroidery file types:
Quilting File Types: QLI, DXF, IQP, HQF, PAT, PLT, SSD, TXT, and WMF**
Embroidery File Types: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX
**Due to a software update we are no longer able to produce CQP files. However Quilt Path software users are also able to import DXF, QLI, and TXT files, which are always included in the download folder. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
