Mayflower Corner is 2.5 x 2.5 in height and width (5.8 cm x 5.8 cm). This pattern was inspired by the earliest known whole cloth quilt in an American museum collection , known as the Mayflower Quilt, circa 1635 ! The quilt is held by the Lovely Lane Museum in Baltimore, Maryland (http://www.lovelylanemuseum.org/).
