We recently received a beautiful pink girl's quilt made by a customer who had trimmed out baby outfits, and highlighted each piece with borders. The customer was looking for something special, that would make the individual pieces look beautiful but not be overwhelmed by the quilting.

There are several options with a quilt like this, such as simple meandering or an overall pattern. But because we wanted to highlight the beautiful baby clothing, we decided to use a number of different sashings (shown below). This gave the quilt a lovely gentle, soft appearance and will hopefully bring many memories of love and happiness to this young lady!
